Yes. MH stands for Maharashtra, so the preference will be given to the MHT-CET students first. MHT-CET has the greater chance to secure a seat to the colleges in all over Maharashtra.

How can I contact institute directly?

Students have to registered as user on learning telescope and then search the institute as per your interest for that you have to type location and the courses or the institute name on the search boxes on the top of the home page.   Then at the right side of the home page list of institutes appear. Select the institute or click on the institute name then it shows all the details of the institute like courses , website, Email address, etc. You can send the enquiry form to the institute so that the institute can contact you or you can directly go to website or contact institute by mail or by phone.
